Hear me out; the people you surround yourself with will either make you sharper or hold you back. At the Men of Action Summit, the goal was transformation and elevation. We brought that to life on November 2, 2024, at The Space in Las Vegas. The men who showed up weren’t there to dabble in self-help or sit through some feel-good seminar. They came ready to destroy their limitations and build something better.
The event wasn’t a feel-good seminar or a motivational echo chamber. It was a straight-shooting, no-fluff masterclass in becoming the man who commands respect, builds authentic connections, and dominates in every area of life. The summit delivered actionable strategies, a game plan for leveling up, and an unshakable mindset designed to produce results.
When I started Men of Action in 2019, I didn’t set out to create another mentorship program in the already saturated space. I built MOA as a movement for men who are done making excuses and ready to take charge. It’s rooted in five pillars: Social Networking, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Mindset, and Finance.
The Summit: No Fluff, Just Results
When we planned this year’s summit, I knew we needed heavy hitters. These guys have walked the talk, more than just great speakers. The energy in the room was intense from the start, and every session hit like a hammer.
1. Mastering Modern Dating After Divorce
Rollo Tomassi, one of the sharpest minds in modern masculinity, didn’t hold back in giving our men quality advice. He tackled the raw realities of dating after divorce—financial struggles, shattered confidence, and the challenges of starting over. His message was simple: rebuild. Rollo showed men how to redefine their value, regain control, and thrive in the dating game.
2. Social Circle Secrets to Attracting Women
I took the stage for this one because it’s something I live and breathe. You don’t need to be a model to attract quality women. Although it may be a factor, a significant fraction of the bigger picture lies in building yourself and your network.
Build a social circle that naturally pulls high-value people into your life. Attraction starts with creating authentic connections and becoming the kind of man people want to be around. Build a foundation that speaks for itself.
3. Becoming a High-Status Gentleman
High status isn’t handed to you when you stumble out of a bar at 4 a.m.—it’s earned through effort and discipline. This session allowed me to hit the attendees with exactly what they needed—habits and strategies to walk into any room and own it without saying a word.
The conversation revolved around building real, unshakable confidence and presence. High-status men are forged through consistent action, deliberate choices, and showing up with purpose every single day. Confidence isn’t something you wait to feel. You create it by doing the work, day in and day out.
4. Using Event Planning to Build a High-Impact Network
Casey Herzog and Ashkan Beheshti brought the fire here. Many men think networking is about shaking hands and collecting business cards. Wrong. It’s about becoming the connector. Hosting events puts you in control of the room, and that power translates to influence. Casey and Ashkan showed how to use event planning as a weapon to elevate social status and create opportunities.
5. Leveraging Instagram for Personal Brand Attraction
Char Modelle completely shifted how men view Instagram. Contrary to how IG is seen as just a platform for photos, Char emphasized that it’s a stage for building influence. She laid out clear, actionable steps for creating a personal brand that attracts high-status connections, income, and opportunities. Men left ready to turn their profiles into assets that 100% demand attention.
Why This Summit Was Different
By the end of the day, the event turned out to be not your typical “rah-rah” event. Men left with real strategies, clear goals, and a shift in mindset. This wasn’t motivation for the sake of feeling good. It was a tactical blueprint designed to work in the real world.
The kicker was, these strategies weren’t even the only powerful part. The men who attended left with something even bigger—a brotherhood. These were bonds built on shared ambition. The men who showed up are now surrounded by accountability partners, allies, and people who will push them to rise higher.
To the men who showed up, I know you’re not the same as when you walked in. I appreciate you for showing up, for letting me share what I’ve learned, and for opening yourselves up to the incredible people in that room.
To the men who missed it: the next wave is coming, and you don’t want to sit this one out. This is bigger than just one event. The Men of Action Summit was the starting line. What happens next? That’s on you.
