Sherrone moore allegedly sent direct message to onlyfans model after arrest

Former Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore allegedly messaged an OnlyFans model following his arrest after she called him out on social media on Wednesday, December 10.

“Can’t believe you just waited to attack me like that,” Moore, 39, allegedly wrote to model Mia Sorety via Instagram, according to a screenshot she shared to X on Sunday, December 14. “Anyway I just want to say have a bless night that is all!! Focusing on god more and more than ever.”

Surety shared the photo in a reply to TMZ Sports, writing in the post, “Within an hour being released from Jail he was in my DMs blaming me instead of taking ownership of his issues.”

The alleged screenshot also appeared to show Moore had turned on Instagram’s disappearing message feature, which would erase the message after 24 hours. The timestamp read “Yesterday 5:50 p.m.” though it is not clear when Sorety took the screenshot.

Moore was arrested on Wednesday afternoon, shortly before news broke that he had been fired as the Wolverines’ football coach for allegedly having an “inappropriate relationship” with a staff member. The staff member claimed Moore broke into her house and threatened to kill himself in front of her.

He was arraigned on Friday, December 12, and charged with one count of third-degree felony home invasion, one count misdemeanor stalking related to a domestic relationship and one count misdemeanor breaking and entering. Moore faces up to six years, three months in prison and $3,500 worth of fines if convicted on all counts.

The same day Moore was arrested, Sorety took to X to accuse Moore of being “all in my DMs trying to risk it all with an OF model.”

She later added he “was messaging me during halftime of the Ohio state game,” referring to Michigan’s 27-9 loss to their arch rivals on November 29.

Sorety has remained active on X as the scandal has continued to unfold, also using the platform to dispel a rumor that Moore had offered her football tickets in exchange for sex.

“For clarification, Sherrone did not ask me for anything in exchange for tickets,” she wrote on Saturday, December 13. “That story was false, and I at no point posted about it anywhere in my socials. Any communication has been with my ex assistant. This story was all a misunderstanding.”

Moore was released from jail on Friday on a $25,000 cash surety bond, provided he does not contact the staffer and that he wears a GPS tether.
