Kaitlyn Bristowe is celebrating one year of having breast implants.

Bristowe, 40, shared never-before-seen photos of her recovery process after getting a breast augmentation in April 2025, as well as her final result.

She began her Instagram carousel with bikini-clad snaps showing off her curves in her latest post. First, she rocked a plunging look featuring a white suit and colorful floral print. She accessorized with a gold shell choker and a cross necklace.

In another photo, Bristowe stunned in a balconette bikini top with long straps that crossed around her body. She styled the number with high-cut thong bottoms and delicate bracelets.

When fans kept swiping, they saw a close-up video of Bristowe wearing a white medical bra with drains attached. She also shared a zoomed-in pic of her underboob scars, showing exactly where the surgeon inserted her implants.

“Happy 1st birthday boobies!!!! Open to any and all questions,” Bristowe captioned the post. “Will go through and answer on my podcast. WARNING. Don’t look at the last pic if you don’t wanna see open under boob with drains.” Bachelor Nation stars and more of her friends supported her in the comments section.

Bristowe previously opened up about her breast augmentation, telling Parade Magazine that she decided to go under the knife ahead of her 40th birthday.

“It was really no other reason for me than I just wanted to give myself a little 40th birthday present,” she explained. “It’s so crazy because even the bio of my Instagram [account said] ‘the CEO of the itty bitty titty committee.’ I’ve always loved my small boobs. And it’s something when I was about to turn 40, [I thought], ‘You know what? I can still have small boobs and have implants.”
