Annie Knight Says It’s Hard to Feel ‘Empathetic’ for Bonnie Blue’s Arrest

UPDATE 12/12/25 at 11:27 a.m. ET: Annie Knight said it’s hard to feel “overly empathetic” to Bonnie Blue after her apparent arrest in Bali. “Bonnie and I obviously don’t get along, but the thought of being in a jail cell, alone in a Third World country, is terrifying, and I do feel for her,” Knight exclusively told NewsPlop on Friday, December 12. “That being said, it is hard to feel overly empathetic for her situation when I warned her of the consequences of filming pornography in a country like Indonesia, where they have very strict laws about these things.” Knight questioned why Blue hasn’t issued an apology. Instead, Knight believes Blue has “further chosen to ridicule the country by smiling on camera.” “I do hope Bonnie can make it home to her family for Christmas as I would hope that for anyone,” Knight continued. “I also hope that she learns from this mistake and chooses to make wiser decisions in the future, however it is pretty clear by her response that that’s not going to happen.” Original story below: OnlyFans influencer Annie Knight said it’s “hard to feel sorry” for former friend Bonnie Blue after Blue’s reported arrest in Bali last week. “In my industry, anytime you go overseas you have to be aware of the laws surrounding sex-work in the country you are visiting,” Knight exclusively told NewsPlop. “I always am super thorough with my research whenever I travel, and make sure to be extra cautious. I’d never do my job in a country where my work is illegal and I just would never risk myself like that.” She continued, “Honestly, Bonnie being arrested really didn’t shock me. Bonnie went to Bali, a country where sex-work is illegal, and despite knowing that, she still chose to do it and break the law. Being arrested was always going to be a risk, and I did try to warn her, but she didn’t listen and now she is experiencing the repercussions. That being said, it must be absolutely terrifying being arrested in a different country, and I really hope she is OK.” In a separate statement to the Daily Mail on Monday, December 8, Knight shared that she “did try to warn her of the consequences of filming pornographic content in Bali,” referring to Indonesia’s strict “morality” laws. Blue — real name Tia Emma Billinger — was arrested in Bali last week after allegedly making explicit content, reported multiple outlets, including Australia’s 9News, on Friday, December 5. 9News reported at the time that Blue, 26, was the subject of a police raid in which she and dozens of men were arrested. 14 Australian men were released without charge, while Blue, one Australian man and two British men reportedly remained in custody in Kuta. It’s not known if any charges have been brought against them. Australian Knight previously told NewsPlop that she and Blue collaborated together on X-rated content after Blue shot to viral stardom at the beginning of 2025. “Bonnie and I’ve always been super friendly. It’s been really cool for me to watch her grow,” Knight said in May. “We’ve always had a really supportive friendship, it’s never been competitive at all. We want to help each other. We’ve always helped each other. We give each other tips and advice and that kind of thing.” Breaking Down Annie Knight and Bonnie Blue's Feud: A Timeline However, in June, Blue was banned from OnlyFans after planning a “petting zoo” stunt. “Extreme ‘challenge’ content is not available on OnlyFans and is not permitted under our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service,” an OnlyFans spokesperson told Us in a statement at the time. “Any breach of our Terms of Service results in content or account deactivation.” In a statement to Us, Blue addressed the ban and appeared to throw shade at Knight, who said she was hospitalized after a stunt in which she slept with over 500 men in six hours, and fellow influencer Lily Phillips, who became emotional after a similar stunt in which she said she slept with 100 men in one day. “That’s why I was banned, because I get more views,” Blue exclusively told Us in June 2025, though she didn’t name Knight or Phillips. “The only difference is, I don’t cry and I don’t vlog hospital journeys. I just leave smiling.” Knight responded in a July statement to Us: “I was genuinely sorry to hear about Bonnie’s account being taken off OnlyFans.
