Influencer Morgan Riddle addressed the viral rumors swirling around her relationship with her boyfriend, American tennis superstar Taylor Fritz.
Riddle, 28, got into the comments of the Beyond the Baseline Instagram account, which shared a post saying that Fritz, also 28, had “dumped” her.
“@taylor_fritz damn did you know about this?? 🤣🤣,” Riddle commented on Monday, April 6.
Speculation that the couple had split gained steam on social media in recent days, seemingly out of nowhere.

Riddle and Fritz have been dating since 2020, with Riddle — who boasts nearly 500,000 followers on Instagram — frequently sitting front and center in his player’s box at major tournaments.
The couple is no stranger to breakup rumors, as Riddle told actor Taylor Lautner and his wife, Tay Lautner, on their podcast, “The Squeeze,” last year.
“People write crazy things about us and our relationship,” Riddle said. “[But] we really love each other. We have a very healthy relationship [and] nothing that anyone says online is gonna have any sort of effect on that.”
Riddle and Fritz met on celebrity dating app Raya during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, when they kicked things off with a sushi date.
“We went to his place and I made him watch Midsommar with me, the really messed up horror movie,” Riddle told People. “Why I chose that as my first introduction to a guy, I don’t really know. I think I traumatized him a little bit.”
Riddle, who was called “the most famous woman in men’s tennis” by The New York Times in 2023, has been unapologetic about being in the spotlight.
“Tennis WAGs in the past were relatively private,” she told GQ last year. “Not only WAGs, but players too — the travel, the hotels, the players’ lounges, it was very walled off to everyone. All those private spaces were really private, and I started blasting them on TikTok. People were interested in it.”
Fritz, currently the No. 9-ranked men’s tennis player in the world, has enjoyed letting Riddle do her thing.

“I’d much rather have Morgan travel with me and do what she’s doing: one, push the sport of tennis, and two, make money doing it,” he told GQ.
Fritz added, “Morgan knows not to do anything that could be a distraction to what I’m doing.”
But that doesn’t mean he necessarily needs to be involved.
“Sometimes, if it’s not a distraction, she’ll ask me to do some kind of trend,” Fritz added. “Most of the time, I’ll be like, ‘That’s kind of cringe. I don’t want to do it.’”
