TikTok star Alix Earle has been in her feels amid her recent breakup from Braxton Berrios.
“Is my frontal lobe developing [because] I’m about to turn 25 and usually I stress [about] having the biggest party?” Earle, 24, wrote over a TikTok video shared Wednesday, December 10. “All I want to do is workout, meditate, play card games and have good convos [with] the people closest to me.”
In the footage, Earle laid in bed while an audio played, “You are a diva, a young beautiful diva,” in the background.
Earle also questioned what led to her realization.

“Either I’m maturing or just [really] going [through] it,” she captioned her post. “Maybe both 😭.”
While Earle did not further explain her mindset, she has recently been navigating a breakup. NewsPlop confirmed earlier this month that Earle and Berrios, 30, called it quits after nearly two years of dating.
“Distance was a huge factor,” a source exclusively told Us. “She really wants to spend more time in L.A., while Braxton lives in Florida.”
According to the insider, Earle and the Houston Texans athlete started realizing “they were growing apart as a couple.”
“Alix is now focused on her new chapter,” the source added. “She’s been in great spirits and having fun with her friends.”
While neither Earle nor Berrios have addressed their split, they have each stayed busy with work commitments. Berrios is currently in the middle of his NFL season, while Earle has jetted between Los Angeles, Miami and New York City.

Earle, who finished season 34 of Dancing With the Stars in second place last month, traveled to Miami for Art Basel this past weekend.
“Come with me to my best friend’s art showing for Art Basel,” Earle narrated a TikTok video posted Saturday, December 6. “Kristin [Konefal]’s been picking up trash on the beach for the past few months, which she was using to turn into artwork.”
She continued, “Each painting is a different point of rebirth, so there’s the ocean, sun, flowers, bees, mushrooms, trees. … I’m just so proud of her, like, the art was so beautiful. She’s cleaning the beaches and doing something good. Watching my best friend paint in college in her dorm room to go to this? We’re so proud of you, Kristin and we love you!”

Fresh off of Art Basel, Earle traveled to the Big Apple with sister Ashtin.
“I have a really really big workweek and stuff I have been working on for the past two years we are shooting and doing this week,” she said in a video on Wednesday. “I had to be up at 5:30 for glam because I had a day from 8:30 a.m. until I just got home [at] 6:30, where I was talking to different press outlets, doing social videos and photos — all day nonstop.”
Earle and Berrios started dating in 2023, often supporting one another’s career achievements before their split. Fans questioned their relationship status throughout DWTS, but Earle insisted Berrios’ NFL schedule was the only thing keeping him from attending the live shows.
“I’ve watched you pour everything into this since the moment it started, and I think it shows,” Berrios told Earle in a prerecorded video message during the DWTS finale. “Good luck. Have fun, babe.”
